Ask SigmaYour AI CFO
How did February compare to January?
Good month. Net revenue grew 12.3% to €123,670 on 18.4% more orders. Gross margin improved 2.1pp to 66.4% — your product mix shifted toward Leather Wallets (+23% units), which carry 72% margin. Net profit hit €36,939, up 24.1% MoM.

Marketing stayed flat at €18.2k while revenue climbed — your blended ROAS improved from 5.8x to 6.8x. That said, I'd watch the Ceramic Mug line. Volume is dropping and it's your lowest margin product. You might be better off reallocating that ad spend.
Should I cut the Mug entirely?
Not yet. It still contributes €7.3k revenue at 58% margin — that's €4.2k gross profit. But the trend is clear: -12% orders MoM.

My recommendation: reduce Mug ad spend by 50% and shift it to the Minimalist Watch, which is scaling fast at 71.5% margin. If Watch ROAS holds above 5x after the increase, you can phase Mugs out next quarter. I'll flag it if the numbers change.
